As a Construction Laborer, you will support our exterior construction crews with job site preparation, material handling, installation support, cleanup, and general construction tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to grow within the construction industry.

• Assist crew members with exterior construction projects
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
• Prepare and maintain safe, clean job sites
• Support installation, repairs, and general construction activities
• Use hand and power tools safely as trained
• Follow company safety standards and job site procedures
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members
• Perform additional duties as needed to support project success

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Construction experience is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
