You will oversee preconstruction through completion, coordinating with the field team, architects, engineers, subcontractors, clients, and project stakeholders to drive on-time, within-budget delivery.
The ideal candidate brings a proven PM track record with GC/CM firms, deep knowledge of schedules, budgets, procurement, and contracts, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.
