What You’ll Do
Safety & Compliance
  • Conduct regular jobsite inspections, audits, and field observations across company operations.
  • Partner with crews and supervisors to identify hazards and provide practical safety recommendations.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA, MSHA, and company policies.
  • Inspect equipment, machinery, and work areas to promote accident prevention and safe work practices.
  • Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety procedures.
  • Evaluate workplaces for noise, atmospheric, lighting, and other occupational hazards using specialized monitoring equipment.
  • Assist with accident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and incident documentation.
  • Support workers' compensation processes in collaboration with Safety and HR leadership.
Training & Employee Engagement
  • Deliver safety training and toolbox talks for employees and field personnel.
  • Demonstrate proper use of safety equipment and safe work practices.
  • Promote a positive safety culture through coaching, communication, and proactive engagement.
  • Help develop solutions that improve workplace safety and operational efficiency.
Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Compile safety performance metrics for management review.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, tracking, and reporting activities.
  • Prepare findings reports and recommend corrective actions to improve workplace safety.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
