Customer Service Representative - UniFirst First Aid + Safety

Uni First -  -  - Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between customers and sales staff and a personal point of contact for customers and staff;
Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email;
Forward Sales leads to the appropriate teams;
Investigate errors, file claims, intercept shipments, and confirm shipments;
Perform data entry duties, such as: processing orders, updating customer accounts, log claims for freight companies, pricing, reporting, map 'ship-to's' and item cross reference in MAPADOC, email invoices to customers upon request
