LMRV is currently hiring for a Jr. Service Advisor for our growing team. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service abilities and is highly organized.
Summary:
Assistant to team of sales representative. Answers incoming calls, set appointments with customers and processes paperwork.
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Field phone calls / emails from customers inquiring about service or appointments.
- Schedules customer with date and time slot for appointment.
- Communicates with other departments and team members to coordinate repairs; timeline updates and ordering parts
- Follows up with technician and customer and communicates all follow up repairs.
- Organizes appointment schedule to optimize technician routes.
- Heavy data entry and other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- RV knowledge is preferred, not required
- Intermediate computer literacy
