Customer Service Representative

We are now seeking a Customer Service Representative.

• Experience in customer service.
• Service oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
• Detailed oriented, skilled with telephones, scheduling appointments and take pride in accuracy as a signature of your work
• Skilled in delivering your work timely with a positive and encouraging presence to customers and co-workers
• Consider yourself a team player that can work with other team members providing support in taking care of our customer requests in maintaining and servicing their hvac systems
• First shift with various schedules available(7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm)
• Mon-Fri, or Tues
  - Sat, or Wed-Sun
• Previous call-center experience preferred
• HVAC experience a plus!
