Specialist, Research Engagement Services

Support the Research Engagement Services team with timely processing of internal and external email volume. Create and route service requests to appropriate internal teams.

Work hours are either 8am to 5pm ET or 10am to 7pm ET.

• Monitor assigned email boxes and promptly process emails into the CRM database during working hours.
• Create Service Requests (SRs) in the CRM system as requests are received.
• Monitor a general queue for SRs and promptly route them to the appropriate teams.
• Provide training and shadowing for new associates in this role.
• Maintain a record of emails processed.
