Palm Villas is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant who brings energy, professionalism, and a passion for customer service. We re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in helping a community succeed.

As a Leasing Consultant, you ll play a key role in creating an outstanding experience for both prospective and current residents. From touring apartment homes and showcasing community amenities to processing applications and preparing move-in documents, you ll help turn prospects into happy residents.

• Strong sales, customer service, hospitality, or relationship-building skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident experiences
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with a Saturday rotation
