Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Research Engagement Specialist that will engage directly with clients, prospects, and vendors to coordinate requests. Build your skill set and resume while working for an amazing company.

• $18 per hour pay rate
• Onsite in Fort Myers - anticipated to be primarily remote
• Contract
• Full Time
• 8am to 5pm ET or 10am to 7pm ET

• Monitoring assigned email boxes and promptly processing emails into CRM database during working hours.
• Creating Service Requests (SRs) in CRM system as the requests are received.
• Monitoring a general queue for SRs and promptly routing them to the appropriate teams.
• Provide training and shadowing for new associates in this role.
• Maintaining a record of emails processed.

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Passion for client service
• Willingness to learn with high ambition and drive
• Time management and organization skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Willing to consent to prehire background check and drug screen
