Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Pay Range: $16.00 – $17.00 / hour

Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Professionally answer inbound calls from customers in a high-volume call center environment.
• Demonstrate deep product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
• Listen attentively to resolve customer concerns, complaints, and billing or service inquiries.
• Research accurate solutions using internal databases, software, and company resources.
• Document call details, account updates, and customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
• Strong effective written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong computer skills, including fast/accurate typing and navigation across multiple screens.
