Customer Support Representative
Customer Support Representative Shift/
Hours:
Monday – Friday (First
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Pay Range: $16.00 – $17.00 / hour
Location:
Fort Myers, FL
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Professionally answer inbound calls from customers in a high-volume call center environment.
- Demonstrate deep product and service knowledge to assist customers accurately and efficiently.
- Listen attentively to resolve customer concerns, complaints, and billing or service inquiries.
- Research accurate solutions using internal databases, software, and company resources.
- Document call details, account updates, and customer interactions clearly in the CRM system.
- Strong effective written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong computer skills, including fast/accurate typing and navigation across multiple screens.
