Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations via the Spa Soft computer program.
Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
Process all check-outs including resolving any issues and disputed charges.
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
Coordinate with other Spa Departments and providers to track the readiness of services.
Supply guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
Run daily reports, identify any special requests, and check reports for accuracy.
Complete designated cashier and closing report in the computer system as well as in Micros.
Cash the guests' personal checks and traveler's checks.
Count the bank at the beginning and end of the shift.
Balance and drop the receipts according to Accounting specifications.

Requirements

Candidates must have a work permit and proper paperwork to be employed in the USA.
