Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $1.00 - $358.55 / hour
Summary: Responsible for delivering age- and specialty-appropriate medical care through assessment, evaluation, diagnosis, recognition and prevention of adverse events, treatment, and follow-up. Performs responsibilities in four areas of practice: clinician, teacher, leadership, and professional development. Collaborates with colleagues and other professionals to ensure safe, effective, efficient, and patient-centered care, aiming for positive patient outcomes. Continuously monitors quality patient care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement.
Provides leadership within the LPG practice location and throughout Lee Health. Demonstrates excellent communication skills with patients, families, caregivers, multidisciplinary team members, medical staff, and employees. Keeps quality and safety at the forefront of patient care. Participates in the integrated continuum of care for patients within LH/LPG.
Requirements:
- Educational Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Medical School and Residency; BC/BE
- Experience: Required:
Experience providing healthcare in international/resource-poor settings;
Demonstrated teaching and leadership experience with strong leadership potential. Preferred:

Currently licensed or eligible in Florida as a Physician. - Certifications/Registration Requirements: Required: BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support), ACLS (American Heart Association / Advanced Cardiac Life Support);
