We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience. We provide a positive and engaging learning environment for preschool children, where "happy happens here" is a guiding principle. The role involves helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive while providing the tools they need to succeed academically and emotionally.

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our engaging characters, making learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children’s latest adventures and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions.

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required).
• Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required).

• MUST have state’s 45 training hours as per licensing requirements for the role.
• CDA preferred.
• CPR preferred—if not, it will be provided.
