  • Provide technical support to clients and site teams, including responses to RFIs and field questions related to inspection findings and corrective actions.
  • Monitor project performance and budgetary conditions, identify risk early, and resolve technical and administrative issues.
  • Prepare proposals and fee estimates, define inspection scope and deliverables, and support change scope discussions when project conditions shift.
  • Attend pre-construction and project site meetings, document action items, and coordinate next steps with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and train building inspectors, including inspection consistency, report quality, safety practices, and client-facing communication.
  • Support marketing and business development by maintaining client relationships, participating in client meetings, and identifying repeat and adjacent service opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate project records and inspection deliverables, including inspection reports, photos, field notes, meeting notes, and client communications.
