Job Type: Full Time | Hybrid (2 days onsite)
About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to take on a leadership role within a multidisciplinary engineering team. This position involves leading projects from concept through construction, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating across multiple disciplines to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to work directly with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through construction completion
- Manage project teams, schedules, and technical deliverables
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Provide technical leadership and ensure engineering excellence
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across various project types
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) Required (non-negotiable)
- 10+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment
- Strong expertise in electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, building systems, etc.)
- Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Leadership experience with team supervision and mentoring
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary coordination
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Leadership role with direct impact on projects and team development
