This role could suit somebody with internship experience, construction exposure, maintenance experience, engineering studies, architecture knowledge, facilities/property experience, or anybody looking to transition into a more technical and consultative career path.

In this position, you will support experienced team members with site inspections, building assessments, maintenance reviews, leak investigations, report preparation, and long-term property planning projects across residential communities throughout South East Florida.

The Role:

* Field-based position across Southeast Florida

* Building inspections and reserve study assessments

* Review maintenance, structural, and repair requirements

* Prepare technical reports and long-term repair projections

The Person:

* Background in construction, maintenance, roofing, facilities, engineering, or building inspections

* Looking to step off the tools

* Good practical understanding of buildings and construction methods

* Comfortable speaking with customers and property managers

* Valid driver's license
