Position: Project Manager-Ft. Myers
Our client is hiring a Project Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fort Myers. This role supports construction related projects end-to-end, including submittals, material take-offs, value engineering, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role with lighting BOMs, submittals, and electrical drawings.

Pay rate/work hours:

* $/hr.

* 100% onsite | Monday-Friday, 8-5

Requirements:

* 2+ years of lighting project management experience

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under urgency

* Lighting bills of materials experience

* Understanding of Value Engineering

* Ability to read electrical drawings

* Proficiency in Bluebeam or AutoCAD

* Advanced skills in Excel
