As a Project Manager for Atwell’s Civil Engineering group, you will lead diverse projects, collaborate with production teams, mentor junior staff, and support construction and engineering activities.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with production team to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans and construction documents.
  • Analyze project survey data, including legal descriptions, ALTA surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.
  • Guide and assist junior staff, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of project tasks.
  • Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations, ranging from hydrology/hydraulic studies to storm sewer reports and project schedules.
  • Provide construction support—permit applications, quantity estimates, and related coordination.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software to complete assignments on time and within budget.
  • Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with potential advancement to a full Project Manager role.
