OverviewWe are seeking an experienced MEP / Unit Superintendent to support the delivery of a high‑rise luxury residential project in Fort Myers. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination of building systems and high‑quality unit turnover.
Key Responsibilities- Lead MEP coordination and unit readiness from rough‑in through final turnover
- Oversee sequencing across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and low‑voltage systems
- Drive inspections, testing, balancing, startup, and commissioning activities
- Track unit progress, proactively resolve blockers, and ensure milestone deadlines are met
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve field issues and coordination conflicts
- Ensure above‑ceiling readiness and completion of equipment rooms
- Strong field experience in vertical construction with hands‑on MEP coordination and unit turnover
- Solid understanding of building systems, commissioning, and delivery standards
- Ability to read plans, manage punch lists, and enforce subcontractor accountability
- Experience with multifamily, condo, hospitality, or other finish‑sensitive projects
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Florida experience preferred; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
