We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roadway Project Manager to join our team in Florida
. In this role, you’ll oversee and manage roadway and highway design projects across the state, with a particular focus on FDOT Districts 4, 5, 6 and 7, as well as Florida Turnpike Enterprise initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team to develop innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance transportation networks and improve mobility.

• Serve as Project Manager for highway and bridge design projects, including operational and safety improvements.
• Lead technical teams in developing solutions to complex roadway design challenges, requiring a high degree of innovation and ingenuity.
• Provide technical expertise by formulating and developing advanced design concepts, techniques, and standards.
• Ensure effective utilization of engineering personnel while maintaining high technical quality standards.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to secure new projects and expand client relationships, particularly within FDOT Districts 4, 5, 6, and 7, and Florida Turnpike Enterprise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) License with the ability to serve as Engineer of Record (EOR).
• Extensive post‑graduate experience in transportation and highway engineering, including the management of roadway design projects.
• Proven experience working with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), with a strong emphasis on Districts 4, 5, 6 and 7, as well as Florida Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) projects.
• Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex roadway projects that meet FDOT standards and expectations.
• Strong understanding of FDOT processes, design criteria, and project development procedures across multiple districts.
