Sr Electrical Engineer PE – Hybrid
Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year.
Senior Electrical Project Engineer/Project Manager responsible for design/build and renovation projects in healthcare, hospitals, and medical facilities. Lead multiple projects at various stages, coordinate team activities, ensure production meets schedules, and maintain reasonable profit.
Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members to ensure total quality of all engineering efforts.
- Coordinate activities of all team members and assure production meets schedules while maintaining reasonable profit.
- 10+ years of experience designing and managing Electrical/MEP Projects in an engineering consulting or design/build environment.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects.
- Project experience delivering new construction and/or renovation projects for Healthcare, Hospitals, and Medical Facilities.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience managing moderate to complex projects, including construction costs and life cycle analysis.
- Ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline.
- Demonstrated success in technical/formal communication with clients and staff.
- Proven ability to represent the electrical discipline at meetings.
- Ability to mentor junior level staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Strong technical leadership and management skills.
