Project Manager
Our client is hiring a Project Manager for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Fort Myers. This role supports construction related projects end-to-end, including submittals, material take-offs, value engineering, and project coordination in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on role with lighting BOMs, submittals, and electrical drawings.
Pay rate/work hours:
- $/hr.
- 100% onsite | Monday–Friday, 8–5
Requirements:
- 2+ years of lighting project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive under urgency
- Lighting bills of materials experience
- Understanding of Value Engineering
- Ability to read electrical drawings
- Proficiency in Bluebeam or AutoCAD
- Advanced skills in Excel
