Description
NOVA Engineering & Environmental is seeking a Branch Manager in our Fort Myers, FL office. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced engineer and people leader to step into a high-visibility leadership role with direct impact on business growth, technical excellence, and team development.

Responsibilities- Leadday-to-dayoperationsfor
Construction Materials Testing (CMT),Geotechnical Engineering,Building Code(andrelatedConstructionServices) - Drivebusinessdevelopment,client relationships,andregionalmarketgrowth
- Managefinancialperformance,including budgeting,forecasting,and profitability
- ProvidetechnicaloversightandQA/QConprojectsandreports
- Recruit,mentor,anddevelopahigh-performingteamofengineers,inspectors,and technicians
- Ensurecompliancewithlocal,state,andindustrystandards
- Serveasatrustedtechnicalandbusinesspartnertoclients,contractors,and municipalities
- Manageateamofengineersandtechnicians,evaluate,andguidetheirperformance,andassistintheirprofessionaldevelopmentandgrowth.
- Supervisethepreparationofroutineproposalsandquotationstoclientstoensureproperscopingofservices,availabilityofmanpower,and pricing.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred, not required.
- 8+ years of relevant Construction Services (CMT or Building Code) or Geotechnical Engineering experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Certified Building Official (CBO) / Building Code Administrator registration is preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience leading teams, projects, or business units
- Strong understanding of construction testing, inspection services, and engineering consulting
- Ability to balance technical leadership with business and people management
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and leadership skills
