This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Representative / Insurance Sales professional based in Fort Myers and Naples office. Responsibilities include identifying clients’ financial needs, developing personalized financial and insurance strategies, providing guidance on investment opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role involves maintaining an in-depth understanding of financial products, achieving sales targets, and operating with professionalism and adherence to compliance regulations.

Qualifications- Strong knowledge and experience in investment strategies, insurance products, and financial planning.
- Sales acumen combined with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial situations and recommend suitable solutions tailored to individual client goals.
- Licenses including FINRA Series 6 or 7, and state-specific insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them.
- Motivation to meet sales targets while upholding ethical standards and compliance guidelines.
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field is beneficial.
