Financial Controller - Commercial Construction

• Oversee all financial activities of the company
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Develop and monitor budgetary goals
• Manage cash flow and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in financial software (Sage 300) and Microsoft Office suite
