KIDS is seeking a full-time
Therapist
who is passionate about integrating their clinical skills with their Christian faith to support children in crisis.

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Collaborate with social workers and other mental health professionals
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Trains and supports parents in the EPIC/TBRI approach
• Assesses the needs of and develops a behavioral plan for 4
  
  KIDS clients and their parents/guardians
• Counsels and consults with parents on status of child's progress
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Florida
• Experience working with individuals and families in foster care
• Experience working with children and families affected by trauma
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices
• Availability to work evenings as needed to provide therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
