SummaryThis position will support Obstetrics services across Health Park Medical Center and Cape Coral Hospital, requiring regular travel between the two locations.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides clinical coordination and therapeutic interventions through assessment, coordination, referral and interdisciplinary planning for high‑risk populations. The LCSW links people to systems that provide resources, services and opportunities to achieve and maintain maximum functioning. The LCSW also provides counseling and support to patients/families regarding adjustments to the disease process and illnesses, participates in the CISC Team and leads de‑briefing sessions for LMHS staff, acts as a Social Worker Field Instructor for BSW/MSW students and provides LCSW supervision for LCSW interns.

- Education: Master’s degree in social work required.
- Experience: 1‑year social work experience in medical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Certification: N/A.
- License: Valid Florida License in Clinical Social Work (LCSW) required and in good standing.
