Key Responsibilities Provide virtual psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness Assist in operational and administrative duties to enhance clinical workflow and reduce errors Co-lead weekly staff meetings and participate in the onboarding of new staff
Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience leading or supporting clinical teams or clinic operations LCSW/LMHC licensed in Florida or ability to obtain licensure
Experience with screening, assessment, and treatment planning for mental health disorders Experience conducting psychotherapy via telehealth Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral interventions
