Occupational Therapist
8-hour Day shifts, Tuesday to Saturday.
Assignment DetailsContract length: 14 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week.
Requirements- 2 years of experience required.
- Florida License and BLS required.
- Online Dementia course required.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehab setting.
- Familiarity with EMR system:
Epic. - Patient age group:
Geriatric Population.
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve their functional abilities.
- Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic methods and home exercise programs.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application; no exceptions will be made. Floating to other facilities may be required.
