Overview
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Azure Dev Ops Engineer in Fort Myers, FL. The role supports a large‑scale business and data transformation initiative focused on consolidating data from multiple ERP systems into a centralized, secure Azure‑based data platform.
Key Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure supporting data ingestion, normalization, and data warehousing initiatives
- Build and maintain environments within Microsoft GCC High
- Virtual Networks (VNets)
- Network Security Groups (NSGs)
- Identity and access controls
- Secure virtual machine deployments
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines suitable for restricted cloud environments
- Ensure infrastructure and deployment processes comply with DFARS, ITAR, and CMMC Level 2 requirements
- Collaborate closely with data architects and engineers working on data mapping and schema design
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure environments for security, performance, and reliability
- Support rapid delivery while maintaining compliance, governance, and audit readiness
- Proven experience as an Azure Dev Ops Engineer or Azure Infrastructure Engineer
- Hands‑on experience working in Microsoft GCC High or similar highly regulated Azure environments
(government, defense, or compliance‑driven cloud platforms) Strong knowledge of:
- Azure networking and security architecture
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform, or equivalent)
- Azure Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines
- Experience operating under government or defense compliance requirements
- Ability to ramp up quickly and work in a fast‑moving environment
- Direct experience with CMMC, DFARS, and ITAR compliance
- Background supporting government contractors or regulated manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting enterprise data platforms or data warehouse initiatives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
