Lead the project of adding 8,000+ lines of inventory into the company CRM with 100 accuracies;
Technical Data Entry:
Input complex alphanumeric Part Numbers PN and Serial Numbers SN from physical and digital logs;
Quality Control:
Audit entered data against original manifests to ensure no discrepancies in quantities or descriptions;
Customer Support:
Handle incoming inquiries from clients regarding part availability, pricing, and shipping status; CRM Maintenance:
Update existing records and ensure the database remains organized and searchable
