Information Technology Services - Help Desk & Desktop Support
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for troubleshooting first level requests/calls from hospital staff and physicians. Calls are taken either directly by telephone or redirected through a queue for on‑site support. They resolve basic technical questions and work on hardware/software issues related to individual computer access remotely and onsite. The Client Support Specialist may also be responsible for monitoring the hospital’s Data Centre operations, to ensure availability, performance, security and reliability, including operating procedures, system backups/restores and system maintenance procedures.

- Rate of Pay: $29.01 per hour to $39.88 per hour
- Status:
Temporary Full-Time - Duration: 12 Months
- Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week
