The Director, Finance Programs & Solutions serves as a strategic partner to the CFO, finance, and revenue cycle management leadership teams. The role is responsible for shaping and executing the CFO organization’s agenda, ensuring the organization is equipped with the capabilities, processes, technology, data, and talent required to support rapid growth, increasing complexity, and future business needs.

The Director acts as a catalyst for change, driving enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance organization effectiveness, strengthen decision-support capabilities, improve operational scalability, and accelerate the adoption of automation, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Beyond delivering programs, this leader helps create a future-ready organization capable of generating greater strategic value for the business while being most efficient.

• Partner with the CFO to define and execute a multi-year finance roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and growth objectives
• Evaluate emerging trends, technologies, and leading practices to continuously evolve the organization operating model
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and modernize processes, capabilities, and ways of working
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational effectiveness, operating-model design, and future-state capabilities

• Partner with People & Culture to develop workforce strategies that prepare the team for a more digital, analytical, and business-oriented future
• Champion the evolution of roles toward higher-value activities, including strategic analysis, business partnering, forecasting, and decision support
• Establish a strategic roadmap for automation, intelligent workflows, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled solutions
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage automation, machine learning, generative AI, and predictive analytics to improve efficiency, controls, and decision quality
• Partner closely with Technology to evaluate, implement, and scale digital solutions across processes
• Ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value, productivity gains, and enhanced user experiences

• Partner with the CDIO and enterprise data teams to establish a robust data strategy and governance framework
• Improve data quality, accessibility, transparency, and consistency across reporting and analytics
• Advance the use of data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational performance management
• Drive the development of modern reporting, dashboarding, and analytical capabilities that enable proactive business leadership
