SummaryThe Device Technician is a customer‑facing position that provides support to the organization's endpoint desktop computing environment. Device technicians are responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance. They troubleshoot problems and resolve issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements and departmental practices. Providing assistance to onsite and remote end‑users is a routine daily task.
Device technicians analyze user requests, build new endpoint computer systems, and deploy printers for small to medium sized projects. They resolve incidents and tasks using Service Now and accurately maintain computer equipment in the hardware asset management system.

Bachelors degree required. May accept 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree. - Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in application IS integration/development preferred. - Certification:

Requires good listening skills, ability to recognize problems and respond accordingly, systematically gather information, sort through issues with assistance, seek input from others, and make timely decisions. A clean driver’s license is required for use of Lee Health System vehicles.
