Looking for a responsible IT Operations Assistant Manager for the day‑to‑day operations of Information Technology services across all organizational programs and locations.
This person must live and reside in Florida with transportation to onsite campuses each day.
Job Responsibilities- Oversees daily operations infrastructure including servers, networks, telecommunications, connectivity, identity, access and endpoint management.
- Oversees the help desk and field support function led by the field technician, ensuring prompt, professional, and customer‑focused support.
- Provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for the field technician and network technician.
- Supports the IT director in meeting CARF standards and other regulatory expectations related to information technology and data security.
- Participates in and helps manage the after‑hours on‑call IT rotation to support urgent issues impacting patient care or operations.
- Strong understanding of both network/infrastructure operations and end‑user support.
- Ability to lead technical staff with different specialties.
- Excellent troubleshooting, prioritization, and escalation skills.
- Strong documentation and process discipline.
- Customer service mindset within a clinical care environment.
- Ability to operate under pressure and respond effectively to urgent issues.
- Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Successful pre‑employment medical screening (drug test & TB).
- Level 2 background screening.
- Completion of all required trainings including orientation.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field, working knowledge of hardware/software and ability to communicate with users of all skill levels, problem‑solving skills.
- 2 years of experience in an IT leadership/supervisory role.
- General knowledge of co‑occurring disorders in order to best serve our patient population.
