Specialist, Technology Integrations

Job Description Summary Supports technology integration operations by monitoring integration pipelines, assisting with testing, and maintaining documentation under general supervision. Contributes to the reliability of enterprise integrations by following established procedures and escalating issues that require technical intervention. The Technology Integrations Specialist II works under general supervision on routine and moderately complex integration support tasks with developing independence. This job handles standard integration monitoring and coordination responsibilities, builds applied knowledge of integration platforms and processes, and escalates complex issues to senior engineers.

Mosaic Health is a national care delivery platform focused on expanding access to comprehensive primary care for consumers with coverage across Commercial, Individual Exchange, Medicare, and Medicaid health plans.

• Monitor integration pipelines and interfaces, identifying failures and escalating to technical staff per established procedures.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation checks to verify integration accuracy and completeness.
• Support integration testing activities by executing test cases, logging results, and documenting issues.
• Maintain integration documentation including interface inventories, data flow diagrams, and escalation runbooks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve integration-related data issues.
• Assist with onboarding new integration processes by following setup checklists and documentation standards.
• Contribute to incident documentation and root cause analysis support under the direction of senior staff.

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of IT integration support, data operations, or related experience.
• Familiarity with integration concepts including APIs, data mapping, and message-based architectures.
• Basic SQL proficiency for querying and validating data.
• Experience with monitoring or job scheduling tools preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures reliably.
• Clear communication skills and ability to elevate issues effectively.

Compensation Range: $20.90 to $31.35 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
