Agency Manager - Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Agency Manager with a Florida 220 Property & Casualty License to lead our insurance operations in Ft. Myers. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Mandarin and English
, with proven expertise in both personal and commercial lines. This role requires a strategic leader who can oversee agency performance, manage staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive profitability through retention and EBITDA monitoring.

• Oversee daily agency operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with state and carrier regulations.
• Develop, coach, and monitor employees to ensure productivity, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
• Implement best practices for retention tracking, profitability, and operational performance.

• Track agency retention and EBITDA to meet or exceed company targets.
• Provide reporting and analysis to ownership on revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Assist in setting and achieving growth goals for both personal and commercial lines.

• Service and manage a book of business across personal and commercial P&C lines.
• Advise clients on coverage options, risk management, and policy changes.
• Ensure accurate handling of renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims follow-up.

• Quote, bind, and issue new policies for auto, home, and commercial insurance.
• Review client accounts to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, audits, and rewrites.
• Provide policy explanations, claims guidance, and ongoing client service.
• Maintain accurate records in the Agency Management System (AMS).

• Active Florida 220 P&C License required.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance agency operations, including both personal and commercial lines.
• Prior management experience, with strong knowledge of agency financials, retention, and EBITDA tracking.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in agency management systems (EZLynx, Applied, TAM, or similar).

• Experience scaling operations or managing multi-location agencies.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills for financial and retention metrics.
