Position:
Associate – Prepared Food Operations

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications for prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Prepare food according to item specifications, plan production schedules, and adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Leverage digital tools to support production decisions, ordering, charging, and product quality.
• Drive area performance through stocking, rotating merchandise, and ensuring quality and date‑control standards.
• Advocate the brand, support teammates, and assist in onboarding and training new associates.
• Comply with company policies and uphold ethics and integrity.
• Use data, policies, and resources to prioritize work, communicate progress, and recommend improvements.

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience using handheld POS or inventory systems.
• Strong communication skills, available to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Food Safety or Food Service (Food Handler) certification.

Pay – Hourly range $17.00–$25.00, with potential premium rates up to $3.00 per hour.
