The Delivery & Distribution Manager is responsible for ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires an individual to oversee the supply chain and manage the distribution process. They are expected to have strong communication skills and a good understanding of logistics management. Reports to the Director of Logistics.
- Develop and implement effective distribution strategies
- Monitor operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to manage inventory and delivery
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Oversee the hiring and training of distribution staff
- Analyze data to make informed decisions
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, delivery, and personnel
- Manage the budget for the distribution department

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a distribution or logistics management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with inventory management software and delivery tracking systems
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Must be able to pass a level II backgrond check
- Must be 21+ years of age
