Assist in gaining and retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of residential and commercial cleaning services.

• Effectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers
• Participate in the company’s sales meetings and increase the average specialty cleaning ticket through upselling value-added products
• Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation, authorizations, and customer invoices
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance
• Inspect completed work
• Complete the technician’s daily log
• Complete Work Orders
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles
• Maintain inventory of related supplies
• Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry
• Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards

• Education and Experience:
  
  High school diploma (or GED)
• Computer
  
  Skills:
  
  Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
• 1 year of floor cleaning experience preferred, and/or some form of specialty cleaning (e.g. Stripping & Waxing Commercial Space Flooring, Air Duct Cleaning, Tile and Grout Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, etc.)
• Highly Desired Certificates from Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC)
• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) preferred, but not required
• Opportunities to advance into:
• Specialty Floor & Upholstery Cleaning Crew Chief
• Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
• Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)
• Mold Remediation Specialist (MRS)
