• Perform daily maintenance and repairs throughout the residential HOA community, including common areas, amenities, and buildings.
• Handle work orders involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repair tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with HOA standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Collaborate closely with property management and external vendors to ensure smooth community operations.
