OFF EVERY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY

REQUIRED: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

$14.25 - $15.00 per hour (based on experience), paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.

W-2 employee with yearly raises, travel time pay, and paid vacation after 1 year.

Bonuses for recruiting new employees and referring new businesses.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has a good attitude and is a team player.
• Can work independently.
• Enjoys being active and on their feet.
• Is honest, reliable, has balanced judgment, and is detail-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform assigned tasks on a timely and consistent basis following the building's task and frequency schedule.
• Vacuum carpets and floor mats; sweep floors.
• Dust mop and damp mop all tile floors.
• Empty trash and take it to the dumpster.
• Clean entry door glass and spot clean glass and mirrors throughout the office.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; refill toilet paper, soap, and towel dispensers as needed.
• Clean kitchenette, sink, surrounding counter top, and water fountain.
• Dust uncovered areas of desks, file cabinets, bookcases, counters, and other furniture.
• Dust windowsills, phones, and computers.
• Remove cobwebs from corners of ceilings and baseboards.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and work history demonstrating work ethic and responsibility.
• Able to work independently and as a team member.
• Cares about quality.
• Detail-oriented and able to work at an efficient pace.
• Reliable and able to lift 35 lbs.
• Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Must have a smartphone with a data plan that reports location.
