Now seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician!
Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m. Rotating weekends every 11 weeks
Our Maintenance Technicians handle building maintenance repairs throughout Cypress Cove campus in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. If you are committed to providing heartfelt customer service to our residents and staff, come join us! Amazing starts with you.

- Work with a team who appreciates your passion and hard work.
- Performing routine building maintenance, servicing equipment, and responding to community maintenance emergencies as needed.
- Responding to maintenance requests from residents.
- Activating/deactivating building alarms and responding to alarm calls.
- Building lasting relationships with residents each day to foster a sense of trust.
- Someone with experience in the following:
- Carpentry
- Basic electrical installations/repairs
- Basis HVAC knowledge
- General Maintenance skills
- Three years prior experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of all Federal, State, and local building codes.
- Strong communication skills and a team-orientated attitude.
- Has a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
