A highly respected self-performing GC is seeking both a Superintendent & Senior Superintendent to oversee large-scale water and wastewater treatment plant projects across their Florida region - based either from Orlando or Jacksonville. This role is a rare opportunity to lead complex, $100M+ treatment plant builds with full support, resources, and offers huge long-term career stability. Furthermore, this leading employer will support relocators for this role.

You will serve as the lead superintendent on major water and wastewater treatment plant projects valued at over $100 million, overseeing all field operations including assistant superintendents, concrete, pipe, and specialty supervisors, as well as self-perform crews. In this role, you will drive the schedule, safety, quality, workforce planning, and overall field productivity while partnering closely with project management, engineering, and regional leadership to ensure successful turnkey project delivery.

You will also be responsible for championing a strong culture of safety, integrity, and excellence.

It is essential that candidates bring deep, proven experience in large-scale treatment plant construction, not just general construction backgrounds. Managing a $100M+ treatment plant project requires an advanced understanding of complex systems, rigorous sequencing, and the unique challenges that come with self-perform delivery. A leader who has run entire sites, not just individual scopes and who has consistently guided large, multidisciplinary teams across concrete, mechanical, civil, and specialty trades.
