- Proven leadership experience in managing maintenance events
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Aviation
- Strong technical knowledge of airframe maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in an aviation‑related field preferred
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Experience in planning and managing maintenance events for fleet operators
- Strategic mindset with a focus on operational excellence
- Strong interpersonal and analytical communication skills
- Ability to multi‑task and perform well under pressure
