We seek a dedicated, detail-oriented Welder with experience in welding sheet metal production, including stainless and aluminum, to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining efficient support for manufacturing lines and facilities.

• Work from work orders, schedules, and verbal instructions.
• Ability to layout, assemble, and build products.
• Knowledge of filler metal applications for various steel alloys, aluminum, and some exotic metals.
• Weld process including GTAW, GMAW & SMAW.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings, including weld symbols.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally.
• Ability to weld in all positions and all types of metals.
• Able to work well with others and take direction and feedback.
• Willing to cross‑train as needed.
• Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and meet schedules and quality requirements.
• Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition. Consistently operate in keeping with all safety rules and requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Welding Certification and/or 3 years of welding experience.
• The work shift starts at 5:00 a.m. OT possibly required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
