Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday‑Friday 10:00am‑6:30pm or until work is completed, with rotating half‑day Saturdays depending on business needs.
Schedules are subject to change and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lifts 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment are used for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Work at heights up to 25 feet using stock racks while operating equipment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay on the move and be willing to work on feet for extended periods, including overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by following all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e‑commerce, inventory, and will‑call as business needs arise.
- Perform any other job‑related tasks or follow instructions from a supervisor, with reasonable accommodations as applicable.

The employee must be able to lift products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds. Handling of commercial tires may require team lifts or mechanical equipment. Protective equipment—steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline—is required and provided except for boots. The work environment may involve weather exposure, moderate noise, and fumes associated with tires, parts, and lubricants.
Qualifications- Minimum age 18 to operate equipment.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Compliance with all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
