This role keeps our manufacturing lines running smoothly and is a great fit for someone who takes pride in precise, quality craftsmanship — whether you're an experienced welder or looking to grow your skills through hands-on mentorship and cross-training.

** Responsibilities
* ** Work from work orders, schedules, and verbal instructions
* Layout, assemble, and build products to specification
* Apply knowledge of filler metal selection for various steel alloys, aluminum, and select exotic metals
* Perform GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW welding processes
* Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and weld symbols
* Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors
* Weld in multiple positions across a range of metal types
* Collaborate well with others, welcoming direction, coaching, and feedback
* Participate in cross-training opportunities to broaden your skill set
* Support other operations as needed to maintain workflow, schedules, and quality standards
* Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols
* Take on other related duties as assigned
** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent
* Welding certification and/or 3+ years of welding experience (candidates with strong fundamentals and a willingness to train are encouraged to apply)
* Ability to work an early shift starting at 5:00 AM, with occasional overtime
* Strong attention to detail; comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
