• Coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and uptime.
• Develop and monitor budgets, controlling expenses and driving cost reductions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards to guarantee product excellence.
• Manage and lead production teams to achieve departmental and company goals.
• Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficient and safe manufacturing processes.

• 5+ years of experience in plant or manufacturing management
• Ability to perform standard mathematic skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing in a production environment

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field, preferred
